Maceration – fermentation with wild yeast in an open barrel.

Aging for 12 months in 300 liters French oak barrel.

TASTING NOTE

Intense red dark colour. Delicate nose characterised by red fruits and slight hints of tobaco, overlaid by a subtle smoky note and a slatey, mineral character. Full-bodied wine that is juicy and deep in the mouth, with a long aftertaste.
