Winemaking process

Fermentation at 23-28ºC with the whole grains in tanks and open 600 liter vats for 21 days.

Aging for 18 months in 500 and 300 liter French oak barrels. Later aging in bottle for 48 months.

TASTING NOTES

Intense cherry color. Powerful black fruit aroma and rather fresh complex and without dominance of wood, with notes of plums and tobacco, fine notes of reduction of Mediterranean herbs and spices. Gluttonous and intense, very good acidity in the mouth, lots of tannin ripe, mineral expression in the long finish of the mouth. Very fine and elegant. It is recommended to decant it. For keep for another 10 years.
